Good to be an intern when 1 pm rolled around today---intern field trip to Beijing bottling building! Then to our boss's boss house for an informal meeting/get to know each other. Then a yummy dinner. Chinese meals are served on a 'lazy susan' and the dishes just keep coming, so it is important to pace yourself. You know the meal is starting to come to a close when a fish dish is served. Then, the dishes are cleared and a caramelized fruit is served-tonight's was ping guo (apple). Also-ladies, if you ever have to use a 'squatty potty' and need tips- I'm your girl. I'm getting this thing down to a science.
